About the role We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive engineer to join our YC-backed startup full-time and in person. Responsibilities Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product Collaborate with the founders and our customers to conceptualize, design and implement new features Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks Required qualifications Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer Comprehensive knowledge of Typescript, React and server-side development (preferably Remix) Proficiency in designing multi-tenancy SaaS products Proficiency in Python and FastAPI Must have experience with leveraging latest AI Code IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ, Junie) Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively Alignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how) Bonus Skills and Experience Experience with hosting applications on Azure Fluent in German to communicate with our mostly German customers About Venta AI Lucas and Stefan founded their first AI company seven years ago (later acquired) and, learning from that journey, launched Venta AI to build AI employees for sales teams.
