We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and value realization of the Kyber platform. Responsibilities: You'll engage directly with enterprise clients to: Drive Customer Success: Ensure seamless onboarding, training, and implementation of the Kyber platform. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty. Become the Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers and our product and engineering teams, translating client feedback into actionable product improvements along with detailed and well organized tickets. Lead technical demonstrations and workshops, showcasing platform capabilities tailored to client-specific workflows. Service Configuration Requirements: Update customer deployments by directly modifying database or JSON configurations to align with evolving account requirements. Monitor & Optimize Customer Health: Track key performance metrics and proactively address potential risks to customer retention and satisfaction.
