As our Founders Associate, you'll work directly with our CEO to help drive this mission forward, by reducing operational friction, unlocking strategic insights, and taking on one-off projects that move the company forward. Your Mission Your job is to make the CEO more effective, by owning projects, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work on everything from internal ops to strategic research to special projects that don’t fit neatly into any one team. Over time, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how Noloco works and take on more responsibility across the company. Success in this role means reducing the founder’s workload, identifying blind spots, and building leverage for the team.
