Speakers & Pannelists Louis Pilfold Creator of the Gleam Language Hello! I’m Louis, the creator of the Gleam programming language, a friendly language for building type-safe systems that scale! It runs on the Erlang virtual machine, as well as on JavaScript runtimes. Most importantly, it has a lovely and vibrant community, so come say hi! Giacomo Cavalieri Gleam Core Team Giacomo is a software developer and a functional programming enthusiast. Upon discovering Gleam he couldn’t help but fall in love with the language and its friendly community. He’s now a member of Gleam’s core team and an active contributor to its compiler’s development. Hayleigh Thompson Gleam Core Team Hayleigh is the author of Lustre, Gleam’s most popular frontend Web framework as well as an ecosystem of packages that support it. She is an experienced Web developer and Elm engineer. More recently, Hayleigh has spent the last few years acting as a developer evangelist; spreading the good word about types, the BEAM, and Gleam to anyone with the patience to listen to her.
