Summary

This free tool helps network administrators and security researchers visualize network paths with geographic data. Supports standard traceroute, advanced flyingroutes, and MTR output to see the geographic path your packets take across the internet. How to use: Your IP address will be automatically detected and used as the starting point (Hop 0) Run a traceroute command: traceroute google.com, flyingroutes google.com, or mtr google.com Copy the entire output and paste it in the text area above Click "Analyze Route" to see the geographic path visualization View the results table and interactive map showing your complete network path Standard traceroute example: traceroute to google.com (142.250.191.14), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets 1 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1) 1.234 ms 1.123 ms 1.045 ms 2 10.0.0.1 (10.0.0.1) 5.678 ms 5.432 ms 5.234 ms 3 * * * 4 90.126.109.6 (90.126.109.6) 12.123 ms 12.045 ms 11.987 ms Flyingroutes example (with protocol breakdown): Hop 1: 192.168.1.1 (router) - ICMP: 3.36ms, UDP: 6.69ms, TCP: 6.85ms Hop 2: 96.126.116.1 - ICMP: 18.41ms, UDP: 18.4ms, TCP: 18.48ms Hop 3: 96.126.116.14 (ec1.cr7-de2.ip4.gtt.net) - UDP: 24.42ms, TCP: 32.17ms 90.126.109.6 (ec0.cr7-de2.ip4.gtt.net) - UDP: 22.4ms, TCP: 22.19ms MTR example (with packet loss and timing statistics): Host Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev 1.
