Deaf "hearing" companion- Alerts for people who can't hear sounds they should

Summary

I have auditory processing disorder. I wish there was a way for the 2-way conversation feature in this app to allow for keyboards on both ends of the screen for parties to type back & forth. I notice on my iPad that the 2-way conversation feature only fills 1/3 of the screen, making the text quite tiny. If someone is verbalizing to me, this app will transcribe, but then when I type back it has no text-to-speech feature.As for home sounds/alarm sounds, that’s a feature I personally don’t need. I can hear sounds in general. I just neurologically have limited speech comprehension.
