ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to take ownership of major product initiatives and help scale Newton into a platform that serves millions. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the Product & Engineering teams to turn insights into strategy, ship delightful features across web and mobile, and guide our product to market leadership. This is a hands-on, full-stack product role ideal for someone who loves building at early stage companies, working closely with users, and iterating quickly. What You’ll Do: Own key product areas end-to-end — from discovery through delivery and iteration Lead customer interviews to inform priorities and develop clear specs, wireframes, and user stories Collaborate with design and engineering to build and launch high-impact features Analyze product usage data to uncover patterns, drive decisions, and measure success Explore and prototype how AI tools can improve automation, personalization, and educator support Support product marketing and customer success efforts with messaging, demos, and training materials Help onboard new partners and serve as a trusted product voice for our community of educators ABOUT YOU This is a highly strategic role with visibility at the highest levels — including our Board and investors.
