Ask HN: How to learn CUDA to professional level

Summary

Hi all, I was wondering what books/courses/projects one might do to learn CUDA programming. (To be frank, the main reason is there's a lot of starups I'd love to work at but they require CUDA experience - this shouldn't really change your answers hopefully, just wanted to provide some context.)
