We’re looking for our first dedicated Growth leader to turn Tiptap’s raw momentum (30 k+ GitHub stars, 7 M monthly downloads, users like GitLab & LinkedIn) into a repeatable, scalable growth engine. Your first 12‑month North Star: generate ≥ 30 qualified SQLs per month and significantly increase our self‑serve conversion rate, all while laying the foundations for a Growth function you will later lead as Head of Growth.
